I recently caught a glimpse of a sunset at Bass Hole. It never disappoints.
There can be different moods in the same sky depending which direction you are facing. Many, if not all, are captivating.

Sunday Afternoon at Bass Hole
I had a great time on the boardwalk at Bass Hole this afternoon. A bit breezy but sunny, for the most part.

The wind from the south was still strong this morning after the overnight storm. . . . So strong it was easy to imagine being blown down the boardwalk into a foggy abyss.

Last week I walked Chapin beach at low tide and was able to capture some images of the boardwalk at Bass Hole/Gray’s Beach. This morning I walked the boardwalk and took photos towards Chapin Beach as well as others.

A lot of people enjoyed tonight’s sunset at Bass Hole tonight. Quite a few were out on the boardwalk but many others took in the evening from the benches and other spots.

For a number of reasons I did not go to Bass Hole once this summer. I will visiting this popular spot soon.
Great Week at Bass Hole
I went to Bass Hole in Yarmouthport twice this week, on Sunday and again on Friday.
The visits were short But both times I was glad I made my way over there.
It’s a very popular place that time of the day during the summer. It’s an interesting shared experience where all were in some state of awe.

The gnat’s feasted on human’s tonight at Bass Hole. But the view was worth every bite.
A Quick Visit to Bass Hole
Thanks to the strong wind I was able to visit Bass Hole last night for a little while. This time of year at low tide the air is thick with hungry flying insects.
